An East Tennessee native, Marsha began her real estate career in 1997 with Town & Country Realty. She is a member of the Tennessee Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors.   A Tennessee licensee, she currently holds the Master GRI, SRES and SNF designations and has consistently received NETAR’s Education Award. 
 
Marsha’s business background includes much combined experience in residential new construction/development, local/State government and economic development environments.
